When I first finished painting this, I stepped back to look at it and immediately burst into tears. It’s never happened before and hasn’t since. I felt an overwhelming feeling of unworldly beauty and gratitude.
I love the sense of creative freedom and exploration I experience when I paint.
I don’t stop until it feels right to do so, adding colours from a select palette, specially chosen, channeling the energy into its visual form. .
